Vivek Mahbubani is a Hong Kong-bred bilingual stand-up comedian performing in both Cantonese and English. Having been crowned the Funniest Person (in Chinese) in Hong Kong in 2007 followed by his victory in the English category at the Hong Kong International Comedy Competition in 2008, Vivek has had the opportunity to take his sense of humor all over Asia including Hong Kong, China, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Manila, Bangkok, Sri Lanka and India. Having been ranked as the top comedian in Hong Kong, in 2014, the World Famous Laugh Factory in USA ranked Vivek as one of the top 10 comedians in their Annual Funniest Person in the World Competition. In 2015, he was handpicked as one of the comedians to represent Asia’s best in Melbourne International Comedy Festival’s inaugural “Comedy Zone Asia” shows. In 2016, he was featured in Comedy Central’s first ever “Stand up Asia!” shows. One of Vivek’s passions is reading and his favorite book is Sun Tzu’s Art of War. Oddly, his favorite color is hot pink.
Garron Chiu is an American born stand up comedian based in Hong Kong. A mainstay in the Hong Kong comedy scene, he is a multi-time finalist in the Hong Kong International Comedy Competition, placing 3rd in 2015, 2016 and 2017, as well as placing 2nd in the inaugural Bangkok International Comedy Competition. He has made people laugh the world over, mostly in Asia, and appeared on Comedy Central Asia’s Stand Up Asia.
After immigrating to Canada at a young age, Tamby developed his sense of humor as a social defense mechanism in lieu of speaking fluent English. Tamby has headlined in 8 countries, won the Magners International Comedy Competition 2018: Bangkok Division, been selected as a finalist at numerous international comedy festivals, and appeared on TV like four times.
Matt Hutchinson has been described as the most technological advance comedian in Hong Kong. Some call his sense of humor ‘medium whimsy’ but he thinks that sounds like the name of a fart. Matt grew up in a seaside town in the south west of England in the 90’s. He writes organic free range jokes. Some may contain gluten and nuts.

Matina is now a full-time mom with 2 young daughters while performing both in English and Chinese regularly in various Hong Kong comedy locations. She has also performed in Mainland China, Macau, Malaysia, and Australia. She was a finalist in the 2009 Hong Kong Standup Comedy Competition and also performed in Kuala Lumpur’s KLICFEST 2015 (curated by the famous Harith Iskander) and Melbourne International Comedy Festival 2018 at the “Hall of Laughs Cantonese Comedy Adventure 2” show.
The 2011 HK International comedy competition (Cantonese category) winner, Tim has experience performing for small parties of 20 to large events of over 3000. He was recently invited to open for Joe Wong during his Asia tour.
